Hebron Animal Hospital in Hebron, KY, is seeking a friendly veterinary receptionist to join our six-doctor team. You’ll greet clients, handle calls and scheduling, process payments, and support the hospital workflow with empathy and professionalism.

We value compassion, clear communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Experience in veterinary reception or client service is preferred; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or client service; at least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred.
• Compassionate, calm, and comfortable supporting clients during stressful situations.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
• Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary technology and systems.

AtHebron Animal Hospital, you’ll join a compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care. We are a well-established, fast-paced six-doctor veterinary hospital in Hebron, KY, serving primarily dogs and cats along with pocket pets. As an AAHA-certified hospital, we take pride in maintaining high standards of veterinary medicine while creating a welcoming experience for both clients and patients. We also have Fear Free Certified professionals on our team.

As a veterinary receptionist, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive first and last impression for every client who walks through our doors. You’ll work closely with our veterinary doctors, technicians, assistants, and support team to keep the hospital running smoothly and ensure every client feels heard and cared for.

As a veterinary receptionist, your day may include:

• Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

Our veterinary receptionists are an essential part of the client experience and work closely with the entire veterinary team. You should be comfortable discussing a variety of medical outcomes and providing empathy and support when clients need it most.
