Job summary

Noah's Ark Animal Clinics in Fort Wright, Kentucky is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join a multi-doctor, full-service hospital. This front-desk role handles phone lines, greets clients, processes payments, and supports the team to keep the clinic organized.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–8:00pm, with a shift 12:00pm–8:00pm and at least two Saturdays per month (8:00am–2:00pm). We value a friendly attitude, excellent communication, multi-tasking, computer proficiency, and teamwork; training

Noah's Ark Animal Clinic in Fort Wright, Kentucky is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Veterinary Receptionist - We are a multi-doctor, full-service hospital.

Job Description: This position is responsible for:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Filling medications
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Ensuring that the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.

Hours:We are open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm Shift is 12:00pm to 8:00pm. At least 2 Saturdays per month 8:00am to 2:00pm. When scheduled on a Saturday shift you will have a day off during the week.

Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for someone with excellent skills in the following areas:
