Location: 6530 W. North Avenue, Chicago, IL 60707

Shift Details: Full-time position (30+ hours/week).

Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Must have excellent client service, communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle financial transactions and stressful situations confidently. Supports veterinarians, technicians, assistants, groomers, and kennel staff in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries
• Screen and route calls, take messages, and manage medical records
• Schedule appointments and surgeries, confirm bookings
• Document client conversations accurately
• Process charges, explain invoices, and collect payments
• Verify client account eligibility
• Update client records and scan documents
• Fill prescriptions and provide administration instructions
• Advise clients on retail products and preventive care
