You will be the first point of contact for clients and patients, helping create an exceptional experience while supporting outstanding veterinary care.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answering multi-line phones and managing client communications.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time Position

• Four full weekdays per week
• At least every other Saturday
• Weekday shifts may range from:
  • 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Occasionally later based on hospital needs
• Saturday hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Flexibility for evening shifts is highly preferred as we continue expanding our urgent care services, with future opportunities for shifts extending until 10:00 PM

Compensation: $14.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience
