Brawley Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
Do you already speak the language of veterinary medicine? Do you know what a dental prophy is, how to triage an urgent call, and how to hold space for a client who just got difficult news about their pet? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for.
We're not looking for someone to learn the veterinary world from scratch — we're looking for someone who already lives in it. Whether you're a vet tech or assistant who is ready to hang up your scrubs and step into a part-time front desk role, or someone with veterinary reception experience who wants a practice worth showing up for — this is your opportunity. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.
Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment where your veterinary background isn't just appreciated — it's the whole point.
