We are seeking a Veterinary Radiation Oncologist to join our team as we prepare to open a state-of-the-art 10,000 sq. ft. Animal Cancer Center in Summer 2025 in the heart of Houston, Texas. Surrounded by leaders in medical excellence, the Animal Cancer and Referral Center is the only hospital in the Houston area solely dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in dogs and cats.
About Our Facility & Services
Our brand-new, cutting-edge Animal Cancer and Referral Center is designed to provide the highest level of veterinary oncology care and will be equipped with:
Advanced Imaging & Radiation Technology: 128-slice CT scanner, Trilogy stereotactic linear accelerator, Eclipse planning software ( or selection of your choice).
Comprehensive Oncology Services: Radiation therapy, medical oncology, surgical oncology, cryotherapy, electrochemotherapy, and the opportunity for I-131 implementation.
Specialty Collaboration: Work alongside a Surgical Oncologist and THREE Medical Oncologists.
Highly Skilled Support Team: Dedicated radiation oncology technicians, a radiation therapist, and a detail-oriented group of veterinary professionals trained in client communication, patient care, and empathy.
Clinical Trials & Research: Opportunities to participate in novel therapies and cutting-edge cancer treatments.
Specialty & Emergency Services: Ensuring continuous care for oncology patients in need of urgent treatment at our current location in The Woodlands.
