Staff Physician, Casual - Pediatric Emergency Medicine, McGovern Medical School (Finance)



McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston , a leading academic health center, invites applications for casual Staff Physician positions in the Department of Emergency Medicine .

Position Key Accountabilities:

Responsibilities will include providing clinical service efforts at Memorial Hermann and Lyndon B. Johnson Hospitals , helping to administer and potentially supervise medical care to acutely hospitalized patients. Duties will include providing clinical care and educating students and residents. Staff Physicians will report directly to the Medical Director.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO,
  • Board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine,
  • Licensed or eligible for full medical licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Practice high-quality, evidence-based medicine in a manner that supports the needs of the patient.
