Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Program Manager, Veterinary Quality to implement and advance the Quality Program under the VP of Veterinary Affairs. You will ensure compliance with the Mars Quality Management Program and drive strategic communications for the veterinary affairs team.

The role requires onsite presence in Vancouver, WA, with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) and involves governance, data work, and cross-functional partnership to advance quality priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in project, people or multi-unit management and/or quality improvement.
• PMP or CPM certification preferred.
• Experience presenting to large groups preferred.
• Healthcare background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Banfield Quality Program initiatives and governance.
• Oversee SER system operations, updates, troubleshooting and reporting.
• Support field quality activities and enterprise quality initiatives.
• Design and implement quality communications and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance quality priorities and content.
