Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations, partner with the chief of staff, and develop associates while delivering high-quality veterinary care. You will help drive growth and ensure an engaging team environment with a focus on providing outstanding client and patient experiences.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, staff development, and adherence to clinical standards, with strong leadership and collaboration across hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Three years related supervisory experience in health care or service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Experience partnering with executives and leading teams.
