• Ability to actively recruit clients by promoting hospital services.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and manage client flow for productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist with routine procedures, prep work, and monitoring of hospitalized or surgical pets.
• Maintain medical records, entering pet information accurately in the computer.
• Ensure safety of pets, clients, and associates by following protocols and keeping areas clean and organized.
• Assist with surgery as applicable and provide technical support within state practice acts.
• Assist Practice Manager in developing an efficient hospital team and ensuring quality client service.
