Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead pre-opening activities for a new urgent care location. You will partner with the Veterinarian owner and regional leadership to build a high-performing, financially healthy practice.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, operational workflows, and KPIs to ensure a smooth grand opening and sustained performance after launch. Strong leadership and communication are essential to align teams and deliver exceptional client

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership on staffing strategy and scheduling.
• Build and manage employee schedules based on forecasted demand.
• Lead coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain team members aligned with hospital needs.
• Develop local growth initiatives with Marketing and leadership.
• Maintain strong employee-management communications and drive accountability.
• Improve patient flow and overall client experience from arrival to discharge.
• Step into frontline operations when needed while leading hospital performance.
