Priority Pet Urgent Care in Palm Beach, FL is prep­aring a grand opening and seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to lead pre-opening tasks and hospital setup. You will supervise equipment orders, vendor accounts, PMS configuration, staff hiring and training, and scheduling, while aligning with our service standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, patient owner communication, and organizational excellence in a brand-new facility launching late 2026.

Qualifications

• CVPM preferred or 1+ year of veterinary practice management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-opening tasks and hospital setup
• Coordinate equipment ordering, vendor accounts, and PMS setup
• Recruit, hire, and train staff for grand opening
• Develop work schedules and ensure compliant policies and procedures
• Market the new clinic to the local community and veterinary professionals
