Job summary

Community Veterinary Partners seeks an experienced Practice Manager for Wright Veterinary Medical Center in Bethlehem. The role leads financial and operational performance, motivating staff to deliver outstanding client and patient care.

You will drive HR, budget controls, compliance and client relations in a dynamic veterinary hospital. The position requires 4+ years of hospital management experience (emergency/specialty preferred) and a Veterinary Practice Management certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hospital management experience, preferably in Emergency/Specialty.
• Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred.
• Experience leading HR, operations, marketing and financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions: recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling and evaluations.
• Manage hospital operations, safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate marketing and client communications to grow the practice.
• Lead budgeting, payroll, vendor statements and financial reporting.
