Animal Care Center of Blue Ash is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead human resources, operations, and financial performance for the hospital. You will work with CVP leadership to drive excellent client and patient care while managing staff and budget resources.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in hospital management (emergency/specialty preferred), a college degree, and veterinary practice management certification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hospital management experience, emergency/specialty preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee human resources including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and discipline.
• Manage hospital operations, facilities, regulatory compliance, and safety programs.
• Lead marketing activities, community outreach, and referral development.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and vendor management.
• Ensure client service quality and coordinate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
