Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience or 3+ years in veterinary settings preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and hospital operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage office administration and staff schedules.
• Recruit, onboard and train staff; oversee performance and appraisals.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships and procurement; ensure policies are followed.
• Answer pet owners' questions regarding policies, appointments and costs.
• Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy and privacy.
• Support hospital goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
