The Pet Hospital of La Mesa LP is seeking a Practice Manager in La Mesa, CA to develop people, enhance client experience, and partner with our veterinary team to drive operational excellence in a growing hospital.

You will oversee daily operations including staff, finance, scheduling, inventory, and compliance, while building a positive culture and delivering outstanding patient care and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role in healthcare or veterinary practice.
• CVPM, CVBL or a healthcare administration degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff management.
• Manage financial operations including budgeting, billing, and expenses.
• Lead client relations and deliver outstanding service.
• Drive marketing, business development, and community outreach.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate technology training and software use across the practice.
