Job summary

PetCare Veterinary Clinic in Roseville, CA is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily hospital operations, partner with the Medical Director, and build a culture of accountability and exceptional client care.

You will recruit and coach a multi-disciplinary veterinary team, optimize scheduling, manage finances and inventory, and drive improvements that enhance patient care and practice growth. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Veterinary hospital leadership experience
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and coaching skills—and a demonstrated track record of resolving conflict and difficult conversations in person
