Banfield Pet Hospital in Missouri seeks a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead daily hospital operations and partner with the chief of staff. You’ll drive business results, develop associates, and foster an engaging team environment so clinicians can deliver the highest quality care.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least three years supervising staff in health care or veterinary settings. You’ll educate teams on Banfield guidelines, manage budgeting, scheduling, and ongoing education.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.
