Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three years related supervisory experience in health care or veterinary services.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and organizational skills.

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budget and plan for the hospital's operations.
• Support daily operations and staff; schedule associates and coordinate continuing education.
