Job summary

Veterinary Medical Center of Woodland Hills is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, finance, and staff performance in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

You will lead recruitment, budgeting, client service, and compliance while implementing growth initiatives and ensuring top-quality patient care. A collaborative leader with 3–5 years in management and relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
• CVPM and/or CVBL certifications and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Lead client relations with exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement marketing strategies and community outreach to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper record-keeping.
• Train staff on practice technology and coordinate IT support.
