Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a health care or veterinary setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, and evaluating the hospital’s processes and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; supporting daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
