Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations, enabling the veterinary team to deliver high-quality care. You will lead associates, manage budgets and coordinate educational opportunities while fostering an engaging team environment.

In partnership with the chief of staff, you’ll drive business results, align with corporate goals, and support growth for both the hospital and the Banfield network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related supervisory experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.).
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and staff development is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates and evaluating hospital processes and productivity.
• Educate clients about our wellness plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; supporting daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
