Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead daily operations and drive clinical excellence within the hospital. The role partners with senior leadership to develop associates and ensure outstanding client and patient experiences while supporting growth of the business.

You will manage budgets, plan for hospital needs, and supervise staff, including scheduling and coordinating continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
