Banfield Pet Hospital in Atlanta is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and drive business results while developing associates and fostering a positive team environment.

The role partners with the chief of staff and veterinary team to deliver high-quality care, enhance client experiences, and support growth across the practice and related Banfield programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or equivalent
• Three years related experience with supervisory duties (hiring, associate development, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates and evaluating hospital processes for productivity
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care; coordinate hospital services
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital, manage daily operations and staff
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education requirements
