Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Required Experience: Three years related experience, including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
