Global Talent Partners is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager for a respected AAHA-accredited small-animal hospital in Sugar Hill, GA. The role oversees operations, staff, budgeting, and client/patient experience, with a salary up to $150,000 per year.

You will lead a high-performing team, shape service standards, ensure compliance, and drive growth through great leadership and CE-supported professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in veterinary/medical settings.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Leadership, communication, and client-service skills required.
• License to practice in Georgia or eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hospital operations and ensure high-quality patient care and client service.
• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Build a positive, inclusive culture; coach teams and champion new initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, P&L, billing, expenses, and accounts receivable; act on financial reports.
• Elevate client experience; monitor feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
