Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Supervise and lead all practice staff, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, billing and expense management; review reports and develop action plans.
• Client Relations: Lead team to provide exceptional customer service and manage client feedback.
• Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily activities, inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Marketing, Business Development, and Community Relations: Execute strategies to attract and retain clients and oversee marketing materials.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, OSHA, and record-keeping.
