McDonough Animal Hospital, a well-established mixed animal practice just south of Atlanta, seeks a courteous and efficient veterinary practice manager to coordinate all office administration. You will handle ordering, inventory, scheduling, staff training, and resolve client questions about policies, appointments, and costs.

Ideal candidates are patient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience as a veterinary practice manager, or 3+ years veterinary experience.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and hospital operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Flexible with hours and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all office administration procedures.
• Oversee inventory management and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff.
• Ensure excellent client service and handle scheduling and costs.
• Maintain records and enforce hospital policies.
• Liaise with vendors and manage payroll.
