The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service settings. A focus on growth and education is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.).
• Direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, and evaluating hospital processes for productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and educate clients about wellness plans and services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital, and coordinating daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Support continuing education needs and manage time-off coordination.
