Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead daily hospital operations and drive high-quality veterinary care. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and performance development while partnering with the chief of staff to ensure optimal client and patient experiences.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare or a veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates to build a strong team.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity to drive improvements.
• Educate clients about our wellness plans and hospital services to support growth.
• Manage budgeting, planning for the hospital and oversee daily operations.
