Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Suwanee, GA, is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations, support the medical team, and drive business results through strong people leadership and process improvement.

Partnering with the chief of staff, you will recruit, hire and develop associates, educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, manage budgeting and scheduling, and foster an engaging, high‑quality veterinary care environment for our pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop hospital associates.
• Evaluate the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines/practices and preventive care.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff; schedule associates and manage continuing education needs.
