Hometown Veterinary Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to lead hospital operations at our St. Louis location. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional client and patient care.

The role emphasizes culture, collaboration, and community, with responsibility for hospital administration, staffing, training, inventory, safety, and process improvements to support growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in any industry.
• 3–5 years veterinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and perform technical functions within the hospital.
• Oversee hospital administration and follow through on operational plans.
• Train staff and manage ordering and stocking of supplies/equipment.
• Manage staffing, safety, security, and sustainability of the hospital.
• Support leadership to maintain culture, collaboration, and community.
