Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of management experience, knowledge of veterinary practice management software, and a commitment to a collaborative Culture, Collaboration and Community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 year of management experience in any industry.
• 3-5 years veterinary experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital administration and implement operational plans.
• Train staff and onboard new team members.
• Order and stock supplies and equipment; manage staffing.
• Monitor safety, security, and compliance with licenses.
