Job summary

You’ll lead scheduling, workflows, client experience, and team development while partnering with the medical staff to deliver compassionate care. Experience in veterinary or healthcare leadership is preferred; strong decision-making and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with budgets and inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring scheduling, workflow and client experience run smoothly.
• Coach and develop team members, maintain a positive, accountable culture, and partner with the medical team to ensure quality care.
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and key performance metrics while prioritizing patient care and team wellbeing.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the hospital’s future and maintain high standards.
