Job summary

Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital- Rye Brook in Rye Brook, NY is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians and support staff with clear direction and strong hospital leadership.

You will oversee operations, align with hospital leadership on growth initiatives, manage staffing, scheduling and client experience, and partner with clinical leaders to maintain the highest standard of animal care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital or medical practice preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with veterinary practice management systems (PIMS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a primary focus on hospital growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead to drive successful marketing campaigns.
• Ensure premium client service and a white-glove client experience.
• Manage operations with Partners Doctors, Medical Director and Operations Director.
• Lead personnel management including hiring, training and performance management.
