Job summary

Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital- Rye Brook is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You’ll collaborate with hospital leadership to support development of management and leadership skills and oversee daily operations aimed at hospital growth.

The role requires 2+ years of veterinary-management experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

• 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, or medical practice setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a primary focus on hospital growth initiatives.
• Maintain team focus on client growth and retention activities (e.g., health reminder outreach, forward booking, rescheduling, online reviews).
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead and partner to drive marketing campaigns.
• Customer service – ensure premium, white-glove experience for all clients.
• Manage hospital operations with Partner Doctors, Medical Director, and Operations Director.
• Supervise personnel management, scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties.
• Coach team members toward continuous improvement and maintain client focus.
• Balance needs of the business and staff while taking initiative.
