Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital- Rye Brook is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive growth, and collaborate with veterinary leadership. The role focuses on client growth, retention, and premium service delivery within a growing animal hospital setting.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and partnerships with physicians and the operations team, ensuring high standards of care and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, or medical practice setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff and clients.
• Ability to balance business and staff needs with data management and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a primary focus on growth initiatives.
• Maintain team focus on client growth and retention activities (e.g., reminders, bookings, reviews).
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead to drive campaigns and brand presence.
• Ensure premium, white-glove client service across the practice.
• Manage operations with Partner Doctors, Medical Director, and Operations Director.
• Handle personnel, scheduling, inventory and administrative duties.
• Coach and guide team for continuous improvement and balance business needs.
