The role requires at least 2+ years of veterinary hospital management, strong leadership, systems expertise (PIMS, Microsoft Office, Teams), and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital or medical practice setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance business needs with staff welfare and client care.
• Experience with veterinary practice management systems (PIMS) and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a primary focus on growth initiatives.
• Maintain team focus on client growth and retention activities (health reminders, forward booking, reviews).
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead to drive campaigns and brand presence.
• Ensure premium, white-glove client service across all touchpoints.
• Manage operations with Partner Doctors, Medical Director, and Operations Director.
• Handle personnel, scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties for the hospital.
• Coach team toward continuous improvement and balance staff and business needs.
