Job summary

AmeriVet Gainesville is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our hospital team and drive growth. You will oversee staff, financial operations, client relations, and day-to-day hospital activities to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

You will partner with hospital leadership to implement efficient processes, maintain compliant practices, and expand community outreach. A collaborative, people-focused leader is essential for success in a fast-paced veterinary

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred but not required.
Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead hospital staff including technicians and receptionists.
Oversee budgeting, billing, expense management and accounts receivable processes.
Drive client service excellence and strong client relations.
Manage daily operations: inventory, scheduling, supplies, and equipment.
Lead marketing, community outreach, and growth initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and record-keeping.
