This role blends clinical practice with operational leadership, mentoring DVMs, guiding community veterinarians, and driving exceptional patient care and client experience across our hospitals.

Primary duties include clinical care 75–100%, improving hospital processes, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.

Qualifications

• DVM degree required and active veterinary license in relevant states.
• 3–5 years of veterinary practice experience preferred.
• DEA license registration may be required to cover vacancies.
• Willingness to travel regionally to supervise multiple hospitals.
• Demonstrated leadership, empathy, and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care 75–100% of the time.
• Mentor and support newly graduated DVMs and staff.
• Lead operational improvements and optimize hospital workflows.
• Collaborate with Regional Director on recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance across hospitals.
