The role blends clinical practice with operational leadership, with 75–100% clinical time and occasional travel. A four-day work week is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and active veterinary license in applicable states.
• 3–5 years of veterinary practice experience with leadership qualities.
• DEA license registration as needed to cover vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Champion clinical excellence with 75–100% direct patient care focus.
• Mentor and support DVMs, including new graduates in surgery and dentistry.
• Improve hospital operations, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
• Lead regional recruitment and onboarding efforts in collaboration with Talent Relations.
