Qualifications

• DVM with active veterinary license in applicable states.
• 3–5 years of veterinary practice experience.
• DEA license registration as needed to cover vacancies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; company-paid travel.
• Demonstrated leadership, empathy and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Champion clinical excellence with 75–100% direct patient care.
• Mentor DVMs and support new graduates in surgery and dentistry.
• Improve hospital operations and client satisfaction through process improvements.
• Recruitment collaboration with Talent Relations and onboarding efforts.
• Manage hospital flow, staffing needs, and analyze performance data.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance through inspections.
