AVECCC is a 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital in Gilbert, AZ. We are seeking a Veterinary Laboratory Technician to perform non-imaging diagnostic tests using hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microscopy, and to manage lab samples across departments.
This full-time role requires operating IDEXX lab machines, maintaining records, and delivering excellent client education and teamwork. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour, with benefits including health, 401K match, CE allowance, and PTO.

To perform non‑imaging diagnostic tests with specialized equipment including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microscopy. This will also include management of lab samples from multiple departments, reviewing accuracy of test results, entering results manually into medical results, processing, and packaging tests to be sent to reference laboratories. To keep the laboratory running efficiently to ensure accurate and quick results for all hospital departments.
