VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our ICU team in Mesa, AZ. This full-time role offers a 3-day, 12-hour-alternative workweek (Thursday–Saturday, 7 am–7 pm) with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Clinical veterinary technician proficiency with ICU procedures.
• Experience with critical care and emergency patient management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and catheter placement for hospitalized patients.
• Assist in radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and patient care.
• Support surgical preparation and post-operative recovery; manage monitoring and charting.

Location:

1648 N Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85201

Schedule:

Full-Time, Thursday - Saturday 7 am - 7 pm

3 days, 12-hour alternative workweek

Salary:

$24 - $30 per hour
