Job summary

CSU Veterinary Health is seeking a Laboratory and Central Supply Support to receive, handle and stock medical supplies and equipment for the Veterinary Health System. The role supports instruction, patient care, research environments, and public service while maintaining a clean and organized Central Supply area.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of warehousing experience; forklift certification is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of full-time warehousing/receiving/inventory distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, disassemble, clean and reassemble instruments for sterilization.
• Assist staff and students with locating consumable supplies in Central Supply.
• Receive incoming freight and distribute to departments or individuals.
• Update stock lists and deliver items to departments.
• Stock inventory in Central Supply and note shortages for purchasing.
• Operate sterilizers and place finished items on correct shelves.
• Fold and sort reusable wraps and towels for sterilization.
