Job summary

CSU Veterinary Health seeks a Clinical Pathology Medical Laboratory Professional to perform a wide range of diagnostic tests and support continuous laboratory operations. The role includes chemistry, CBC, urinalysis, and fluid analysis with emphasis on accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to quality procedures.

The position requires independent work, potential weekend shifts, and after-hours coverage for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, medical technology, or related field.
• Eligible for ASCP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine clinical pathology tests (chemistry, CBC, urinalysis, fluid analysis).
• Ensure accurate reporting and meet turnaround times.
• Provide on-call and shift coverage as needed.
• Review SOPs and maintain quality system compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client service and respond to urgent testing needs.
