Job summary

Heartland Veterinary Partners seeks a Kennel Assistant to care for grooming and boarding patients under supervision. You will admit patients with accurate instructions, record feeding and behavior, ensure cleanliness of kennels, and assist in housekeeping to prevent disease spread.

Responsibilities

• Provides care for patients visiting for grooming and boarding.
• Records admission details including instructions, contact info and pickup time.
• Notates feeding schedules, appearance and behavior during visits.
• Monitors patients for illness signs and general condition.
