Job summary
ACCESS Los Angeles is seeking an Internal Medicine Technician Supervisor to lead the clinical floor of the Internal Medicine Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care. You will supervise technical staff, coordinate with doctors, and oversee equipment maintenance and inventory across Endoscopy, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology tools.
The role requires RVT certification, leadership experience, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- RVT 3 or higher and minimum five years in the veterinary field
- Strong focus on cleanliness and thoroughness in all tasks
- Ability to direct a team to promote efficiency and quality care
- Willingness to respond positively to requests from staff and work with others
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor technical staff; coordinate with doctors to optimize workflow
- Oversee training opportunities and ensure equipment and inventory are well maintained
- Ensure daily cleaning and hygienic standards of treatment areas and equipment
- Lead onboarding and skill development for new team members
