Job summary

ACCESS Los Angeles seeks an Internal Medicine Supervisor to lead the medical team on the clinical floor, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care. You will supervise technical staff, coordinate with doctors to optimize workflow, and oversee equipment and inventory management.

Responsibilities include training, onboarding new members, and maintaining sterile, well-maintained treatment areas and devices used in interventional procedures. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• RVT 3+ certification or higher is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in the veterinary field.
• Strong leadership and ability to direct a team.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
• Self-starter able to work with and without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor technical staff within Internal Medicine.
• Coordinate with doctors to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Oversee inventory of medications and supplies and equipment upkeep.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding of new team members and maintain hygienic standards.
