Job summary

Veritas Veterinary Partners in California operates state-of-the-art specialty and emergency hospitals. The Veterinary Technician Supervisor will lead a team of 10–15 technicians and assistants, partnering with board-certified specialists and hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will mentor staff, optimize workflows, ensure compliance with safety standards, and help foster a supportive culture that supports patients, clients, and teams in a fast-paced veterinary

Qualifications

• RV T credential required and licensed in the U.S.
• Minimum of 3 years veterinary technical experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 10-15 direct reports on the hospital floor
• Lead by example in daily clinical activities and patient care
• Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and high-quality care
